General business terms of My Creative Land handmade studio.
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of goods and digital content in the internet store My Creative Land operated by the studio at k Sídlišti 654, 281 01 Velim, Czech Republic (IČO: 07186002).
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders are submitted through the electronic shopping cart. We accept secure payments via Stripe (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal. Prices are displayed in CZK or EUR.
3. Digital Downloads
By purchasing digital files (STP pattern files), the customer consents to immediate digital delivery upon payment confirmation. Because the file is provided immediately, the statutory withdrawal right ends once download begins.
